Also present at the wedding are Michael, Vito’s youngest son and a World War II garrison. Michael doesn’t seem interested in being part of the family business. Vito is a powerful and kind man to all who respect him, but ruthless to those who don’t. But when a powerful and insidious rival wants to sell drugs and needs Don’s influence over them, Vito refuses to do so. What follows is a clash between Vito’s fading old values and new ways that could force Michael to do what he didn’t want to do and wage a forced war on all the other Mafia families that could break Corleone’s family.
